Dear DelcoAD Partners,

 

We have an unprecedented opportunity to change policy in Pennsylvania.  General Assistance, a program of last resort for disabled Pennsylvanians, Pennsylvanians suffering from domestic violence, and Pennsylvanians with drug or alcohol addictions, is scheduled to be closed on July 1.  Representative Murt has just put in an amendment to save the program in the state budget, which will be voted on today and tomorrow.
