Hi,

Deducer allows overlapping dotplots and boxplot that offer a nice display of grouped data and distribution description.

Sometimes in smaller samples you may just want to display dot plot and median line in each group.

How do you this?

Thanks

Jaime

the easiest way to plot the median is to add a stat -> summary, then change the geom to point, then (in options) set to a custom function and add median as the "y function." see attached (use "Open Plot" to load it)...

a little convoluted, but this interface allows for any concevable summary function.
