Hi, I am new to deducer, and I am unfamiliar with programming. I was wondering if there is a way to graph least squares means with confidence intervals. Any help would be great!

If you have some data loadd into Deducer, go to Plots -> Quick -> scatter smooth. add the (continuous) variables that you want to see, then hit Run. this will give you a scatterplot, with a mean line + confidence interval.
