Deducer with special characters

Hi, 

I have problems to run files in deducer which contain special characters such as accents o non-standard letters such as the Spanish 'ñ'. Thus, if a factor contains any of these characters, the recodification menu does not work. 

On the other hand, Deducer cannot open files located within folders with special characters. This is also important because I use Deducer with my students and they always have problems with that.

Any help?
