Hi,

I'd like to a do classic plot where a continuous parameter is stratified using 2 factors (i.e 2 treatment groups in 2 timepoints-before and after), by dot or boxplots.
How can I do it with Deducer?

Thanks
Jaume

For boxplot from the Plot Builder: select boxplot in Geometric Elements. Put one factor in the X-axis, and the other in "Fill". Be sure that the "Position" option (a push button on the top left corner of the dialog) is set in "dodge".

Dotplot is roughly the same.
