Can someone sell me a pre flashed chip with Snake-os?

Hello, in my desperation to flash my windrunner with Snake-os I think
I'll just flash a chip and swap it with the one on the board. I've
always been better with the hardware than software anyway. or maybe
someone could give me a hint as to how to flash the .bin onto the chip
correctly. perhaps I can use my arduino as a programmer. but if
someone could sell me a chip thats already flashed (or flash this one)
that would be great too...
