For France, concerning civilians: 67178 deaths and 75660 wounded under Ailed bombings
mostly during 1st semester of 1944.
All those casualties are considered unintentional.
YOu can figure out what could have been happened to German cities voluntarily bombed.
As comparison, the campaign of Wermacht of summer 1940 had provoked 20,000 civilian deaths
in France.

island fortress in Manilla Bay, nowhere near germany nor was it near
civilians.
