Hallo zusammen,
habe die Tage ein Ctek Multi XS 4003 Batterieladegerät auf den Tisch
bekommen, ein 33 Ohm 0.5W Widerstand durchgebrannt und ein 3-beiniges
SMD Wesen im SOT-23 Gehäuse auf allen Anschlüssen Durchgang. Der
Aufdruck auf dem SMD Teil ist TP wobei sich bei dem P mit kleinem
Abstand noch ein schräger Strich befindet so dass auch ein R gemeint
sein könnte. Daneben befindet sich noch ein Zeichen was dem Pi -
Symbol ähnlich ist. Bei meinen Recherchen habe ich zu TP den 2SC4102
gefunden- TR gar nicht. Ein Ersatz mit einem anderen pinkompatiblem
NPN Transistor zum 2SC4102 brachte keinen Erfolg, es befindet sich
auch kein weiteres Bauteil mit dieser Bezeichnung im Gerät was ich
vermessen könnte. Die Bauteile in der Nachbarschaft scheinen OK zu
sein. Hat vielleicht jemand eine Idee? Bei einem Gerät in dem
sämtliche IC Beschriftungen säuberlich weggekratzt sind wird man wohl
auch im Netz vergeblich nach einem Schaltplan suchen....
