die staatsanwaltschaft weist ausdr�cklich darauf hin, dass das urteil
�ber die schuld nur den gerichten zusteht und jemand solange als
unschuldig zu gelten hat, wie ihm nicht durch rechtskr�ftiges
gerichtliches urteil seine schuld nachgewiesen ist.
