Hallo,

ich habe ein Problem mit meinem Word Programm (Office 2000)
Seit drei Tagen fehlt bei mir die komplette Menü und Symbolleiste, wenn ich
WORD starte. Auch nach einer Neuinstallation von Word
wird es nicht besser. Weiß nicht mehr weiter !!
Wer kann mir helfen !!

Nach Sicherung der Registry für den Notfall Folgendes ausprobieren:

1. Word beenden.
2. Registry-Editor starten: Menü Start-Ausführen Befehl: "regedit"
3. Suchen: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\X.Y\Word\Data
   "X.Y" bezeichnet die installierte Office-Version
4. Eintrag löschen: "Toolbars"
5. Word starten.

Beim Neustart sollte Word jetzt wieder die Standard-Toolbars anzeigen.

Bei mir auch, und tatsachlich DREI Tagen: Virus?

Geht! Jedenfalls für jetzt. Was nach Neustart passiert, muß ich noch
erfahren.
