I have an ipaq with Pocket PC 2002.
I was wondering if theres a good program to take lecture notes on it (math
based, so a lot of formulae.)

I would say no. Use a pen and paper, or some program which
effectively turns your computer into some expensive paper substitute.
Entering formulas any other way (and in particular using a
WYSIWYG-system) simply takes _much_ too long. TeX is about the fastest
you could do, but then you can not see the formula, and it's still
much too slow...
