Soeben ist die langerwartete Neuauflage des Unicode Standards
im Buchhandel erschienen:

  The Unicode Consortium: The Unicode Standard, Version 3.0,
  Addison-Wesley Developers Press, Februar 2000, hardcover,
  mit CD-ROM, 1070 S., ISBN 0-201-61633-5, 50 USD.

Unicode (ISO 10646) ist der Universalzeichensatz der über kurz oder
lang alle anderen ASCII-Erweiterungen ablösen wird. Das Unicode 3.0
Buch ist ein essentielles Werk für jeden der sich irgendwie
für Zeichensatzkodierungen interessiert, kann ab heute im Buchhandel
bestellt werden, und sollte in keiner Informatikbibliothek fehlen.
