Hallo,

ich kann mein Intuos 3 Grafiktablett problemlos mit
sax2 (xorg.conf) konfigurieren, sowie "pen" und "eraser"
aktivieren. Nach dem Sichern der xorg.conf und dem Start
von X11 (KDE) kann ich wunderbar damit arbeiten, auch und
vor allem mit Gimp - drucksensitiv usw - alles, was man
erwarten würde.

Mein Problem: Nach jedem Rechner-Neustart sind die Einstel-
lungen "vergessen" und ich muss erneut in den Runlevel 3,
sax2 starten, das Tablett, pen und eraser wieder ankreuzen,
speichern, in Runlevel 5 wechseln ... und alles geht wieder
klaglos.

Die Konfiguration steht korrekt in der xorg.conf und bleibt
dort auch erhalten - nur hat sie keine Wirkung .... ?!?

Die Lösung war, eine udev Zeile anzulegen, damit das Tablett
immer dem gleichen Device zugeordnet wird:

  # cat /etc/udev/rules.d/10-wacom.rules
  KERNEL=="event*", SYSFS{idVendor}=="056a", NAME="input/%k", SYMLINK="input/wacom"

Die udev-Datei (oder eine andere Wacom spezifische) existierte unter
OpenSuSE-10.3 nicht, ich hab sie einfach angelegt. Nach Neustarts
läuft es seitdem wie erhofft.
