In order to be believable cannibalism, wouldn't the robot need to eat
robots?
OTOH, if this was a class exercise my story about the human eating
robot would require that the robot was designed to clean up biological
waste... and gets confused... and has a mouth... although if it didn't
have a mouth and only scrubbers or a straw or something, the
creativity necessary to actually consume a human might lend an
interesting twist.
Not my sort of thing, though, so if any of that is helpful, go for it.

Words.

Depends on the words.

No no, not a robot - robots are metal, and naturally subservient.
Of course he could be a war robot, and then his IFF goes wonki.
But generaly, you want something somewhat organic, so that he can
actually gain nutrients by eating people: For example some kind of
nanotech biotech that reanimates supersoldiers built from the corpses
of normal soldiers.

What you need:
(1) A robot
(2) The robot's creator
(3) A bunch of other people
Will it be believable?
(1) Probably not
(2) Depends who writes the story
(3) If I wrote it, yes, entirely believable.
(4) If you wrote it: well, that depends, doesn't it? You never said you
wanted to write a believable story, and I suspect you aren't even
interested in writing any story. There are better cures for boredom than
you are trying. Do you need suggestions?

A motive. "Kill All Humans" should suffice.

Yes, it would have to. A robot that eats humans is a carnivor, not a
cannibal.
