Collected all my CQRS posts into one little book

Hi,

Just a small note: I collected all my "old" CQRS blog posts about my Fohjin project, and put them nicely together into this little e-book: http://fohj.in go check it out. I think it could be a nice way to get someone quickly started into CQRS. Let me know what you think. 

And yes it is not free (nearly), the blog posts still are though :-)

There are 2 ways to read the book on your Kindle. You can either:

• Download the MOBI file by clicking on the MOBI link, and then sync it with your Kindle like any other MOBI file.
• Set your Kindle email address on the Account Settings tab. This will cause a Send to Kindle button to appear below the MOBI link, and then you can click that button to send the MOBI file to your Kindle. Note that this only works if the book is smaller that 10 MB: Leanpub books are updated often, and we don't want you to get charged by Amazon. So we only support the free send to Kindle email addresses.

Thanks for publishing this. AFAICS it's better to buy direct from LeanPub: the buyer receives all three formats (drm-free mobi, epub and pdf) and I think the seller gets more of the cover price.

Indeed Leanpub gives the author 90% - 0.50USD for each sale, Amazon depending on region gives you 70% or 35%. But eitherway pick what you prefer (will blog with all the details later), print version coming soon :)

I am amazed by the attention it has gotten :-)
