Hello Ariel:

Thanks for checking in.

Todate  am doing great, trying hard to cope with the cold and adjusting to
a new and different environment and culture. The only major challenge that
I have is that I am not able to work, as I am without a permit, not before
April or May, that causes me to be a bit frustrated at times but its just
the harsh reality.

Things really got bad in Jamaica, and for the firt time I really realized
how vulnerable to violence I was, and had to come to terms that i was
really not safe.

Thanks for you love and support.  And give the team there my Love and
appreciation.
