You may have read in Metro Weekly that a Rite-Aid manager on U Street kicked out a gay couple for hugging.  INFURIATING.  If I had known, we would have dragged our butts there already.

 

So tonight before the High Heel race, there is a "hug in".  Tues night from 7:00 to 8 pm people are walking into the Rite Aid at 13th & U, NW and hugging.  Walk in, hug, leave.  .

You could go early and hug.

Wow. I didn't realize I sent this to the entire group – how embarrassing! Sorry to all involved who may have been offended – I've had a stressful week at work and have been trying to mitigate with snarky E-mails. No disrespect meant to this event, honest!  :)
