PM [ENDA] update
In case you missed the floor action:
1. Miller & Souder amendments both adopted
2. Baldwin amendment withdrawn, over Rep. Souder's
protest
3. Forbes offered a motion to recommit, which was
different from the Hoekstra one that many expected. It would have
reiterated Defense of Marriage Act. Barney didn't have a problem
with the substance, but protested that it would delay the bill and
said that it was personal. It was narrowly defeated.
4. Final passage: 235-184
