creating reference with hapmap affy snp 6.0 270 files

Hi All

I have following questions:

1) How to create a reference file using hapmap affy snp 6.0 files ? In
normalization and modeling, dchip asks for at least one reference file
for normalization. I do not want to provide a reference file rather I
want all of them normalized to over all median value across all
chips.

2) If some one has already created a reference file from hapmap affy
snp 6.0 270 files, can you let me have a look at it ?
