software crash and cdf file problem

I'm trying to use dChip to analyze the HT-MG430_PM data. But I failed
to find the corresponding cdf file.
I can find these files:
AGCC 3.x HT MG-430PM Library Files (zip, 12 MB) and AGCC 2.x HT
MG-430PM Library Files (zip, 12.6 MB).
But when i tried to use one of these files, dchip crash, showing the
following message:
Not a CDF file or not in text format.
Reading binary CDF file
array has 744 rows and 744 columns
Unit 0
Number of probe pairs in probe set Affx-nonspecificGC5_at exceeds
limit 300, do not add this probe
Affx-nonspecificGC6..............
Unit 45000
Saving E:\...................
then it crashed.
Could you help me with that?

Did you try to unzip the files and then use the .cdf file?

Just a suggestion.
