Subject: dChip 64-bit crashing on SNP6 dataset at "Obtaining signal means of each probe set..." Array list file: ... Unit 0, CRASH
Hi,

dChip x64 is crashing on a SNP6 dataset at "Obtaining signal means of
each probe set..."  Array list file: c:\array_list.txt Unit 0 *crash*.

I've tried several different array lists since this seems to be where
it is stopping.  Also tried both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions, with
the appropriate re-reading of the cdf.bin and .dcp files.  A&B allele
and MCP are checked.

Is this crash specific to SNP6 64-bit, or does dChip crash at this
place on other platforms??

Any suggestions appreciated.

Russell
