-presenting petitions to certain city officials and small business
and community reps will speak

And yesterday morning was the rally at the Supreme Court to support
Walmart v. Dukes, one of the largest employment lawsuit based on
gender discrimination. The Supreme Court will determine whether the
class action lawsuit can go on or whether each individual woman (over
a million) will have to sue Walmart on their own (implying gender was
not the reason for the discrimination).

One of the foundations of the case, the idea of implicit bias
("Walmart Discrimination Case Grapples with Implicit Biases against
Women") is indicative of Walmart's poor employment policies to account
for this.

This seems like a great idea to have in our food council meeting. Some people have issues with what they think as though we can't tell!
Yeah, why don't we all fill this out during the next meeting! It would be interesting to find out our bias, the pre-cursor to sterotypes, prejudice and discrimination.
Isn't it amazing that discrimination is the only illegal form of hate!!!
