If you need it, I have a medium size wheeled cooler that I can bring
filled with ice on Friday night for the duration or first thing
Saturday morning.

I will plan to arrive around 4pm on Friday afternoon to help with
setup.

I can help with coordination of Saturday evening activities or with
cleanup at end of day at SocialText. Whichever task you can use my help
with more.

P.S. I would volunteer to get some of the large items like cases of
water from Costco, but, I injured my right hip recently and am not up
to heavy lifting right now. With a partner that was, I could be the
chauffeur and use my Costco account to do this though.
