Will there be multiple presentations/discussion occuring simultaneously
in different rooms, or is there just one room, with everyone attending
DCamp being part of each presentation/discussion?

Will there be flipcharts or whiteboards or paper that can be stuck to
walls that can be used by multiple small groups during a session?

yes, there will be multiple presentations / discussion occuring simultaneously in different rooms
yes, there will be whiteboards and some flipchart paper available.
If you have some special material needs that are critical for your session, you might want to bring your own materials or have something on hand that would work as a back up.
