Dave, if you could pass this along to the DC612 crowd it'd be great.

Hey folks,

We've finally getting around to having a small locksport village at Twin Cities Maker's annual Minne Faire this year.  I've got training cores and picks aplenty, but could use a few extra hands to help teach guest to pick and explain how locks work.   It's not necessary to be present for the entire event, or both days, but a commitment of a few hours either day (or both, or all day one day) would be a huge help, if you know the basics of pin tumbler picking, or are interested in being a super student of sorts. the exhibition part of the faire runs from 11 to 5, Saturday and Sunday, and admission (*everyone* is paying) gets you in both days, as well as to the Saturday evening music events.  If you can help, please shoot me an email at metisd...@gmail.com.

I can help with explaining how locks work and the *very basics* of picking them. But I'd be considered a "super student" rather than a true teacher, as my picking experience is still novice-level.
