Can anyone tell me where I might be able to find ANY Legal Sites
(preferrably ones that might have case histories). I have a friend in
desperate need of some case histories relating to Auto Accidents. Any
and all help is appreciated.

TIA,
-Ray Richman

Good and bad news. The good new is that under US Government and Judicail
branch, you can get new Supreme Court cases and most Federal Circuit Court
cases. The bad news is most auto accident litigation is in lower state
courts, and web access is at best sporadic. Lexis and Westlaw are the only
serious and thorough sources for case histories and you have to subscribe
to them directly.

I suggest the old fashioned method: Find a local law library or law school
library. Ask for the West Digest for your state. You may need to check
under Automobiles or under Negligence/Auto accidents. The librarian can
help you find the full opinions in hard copy.

Good luck

Marc
