Very good experience in ABAP, with focus on HR module.

Info type creation, changes, delimits, mass updates, conversions.

Knowledge of custom infotypes, extensions.

RFC function modules, custom authorization concepts, data dictionary views.

knowledge about dialog programming, and web dynpro concepts.

Should have worked in onsite offshore scenario with focus on client
handling on technical design issues.

good communication skills.
