Complete Description:

During the interview process with the ODPS staff, the resource consultant
must demonstrate competence/experience in their specific area(s) of project
assignment. The resource’s experience must also be documented for review
and verification. Offered resources not showing technical or functional
competence/experience will be sufficient reason to reject the Offeror’s
proposal.  It is the responsibility of the Offeror to pre-screen their
candidates to ensure compliance.

The ODPS has estimated that it will require one (1) full-time resource to
provide up to twelve hundred (1200) hours for Fiscal Year 2013 (FY13), and
two thousand (2000) hours in FY14 to complete this work.

Required 5 Years

SQL Server Database Design and development

Required 5 Years

Experience optimizing SQL queries within a SQL server Database

Required 2 Years

Experience with Data Conversion to SQL Server

Required 2 Years

Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) experience developing and securing
Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)

Required 2 Years

Visual Studio 2010

Required 1 Years

SQL Server 2008 Services (SSRS)

Required 6 Months

Experience understanding N-tier environments as it relates to development
and deployment

Required 1 Years

Experience with code repository strategies, code promotion strategies and
recovery using TFS

Experience implementing Asynchronous JavaScript and XML(AJAX) enabled
controls with ASP.Net Web application

Experience implementing and configuring Enterprise Library for auditing,
