"References" was not refreshed after I renamed tables

Marko,

I did rename 1 parent 2 child tables in Oracle 10gR2 by using the
RENAME command (alter table mytable X rename to yourtable;)

The "References" graph (and list) was not refreshed automatically when
I click on the refresh button. I did went up to the tables level and
refreshed the tables list (and saw the new table names), but the
"References" graph continued to display the old table names.

I closed the DBSolo and re-opened, and then the References graph was
displayed correctly.

Duplicated couple of times prior to posting.

note: using DBSolo 4.2.2 on Ubuntu 10.04 64bit
