Reminders (Site visit to possible space today | Meeting tomorrow)

Hey Dayton Diode,
Just a couple of reminders. Today is the site visit to 317 S. Main St
(parking available in lot on Ludlow). Anyone who is coming, please be
there a little before 4:30.
And according to my calendar, it is time for another monthly meeting
tomorrow night. Do we have a space reserved yet? In terms of agenda,
my hope would be to review the site visit today (and distribute info
re: the new opportunity with c{space) and to review and consense on
the membership agreement, updates to the charter (see last months
minutes), the membership application, and the liability waiver (not
sure I got this title correct).
Also, don't forget to bring soldering tools for hack time. A few of
us have some project kits to work on in small groups during hack time.

oops sorry Bryan missed your email before the meeting. We were to able discuss some things with Anne though before the meeting.

A couple of updates on the search for a space.
1. We heard back from the property manager at 317 S. Main St, and the
owner wants a year long lease. I have called the property manager and
left a message so we can discuss this, but I imagine that this space
is about to be out of the running.
2. We also got a new listing back from the Downtown Dayton
Partnership, see the wiki (http://daytondiode.wikia.com/wiki/
Downtown_Office_Tower_Retail_Suites_Centre_City_Plaza) and the flyer
