What do u guys think about having a business card that has a qr code that links to Ur resume. Seemed like a neat way to stand out.

Your question was more about a personal card for networking / job interview type stuff right?  

I think the QR link to resume is a good idea as long as it's not distracting (especially if the folks you are meeting  with are likely to know what it is).  Make sure it doesn't look cluttered or gimicky; simpler is usually better; name and contact info "front and center".

You may have already been planning on doing this, but it seems that
using a url shortener is a recommended best practice:

Allows a lower resolution code; probably will look less cluttered.
