Hi Allison,

Thanks so much for your offer of help!  I just finished meeting with the photographer and John Halton to finalize these details, so I apologize for not responding to Lizzie's e-mail earlier.

 

We're meeting in front of ECJ at 2 p.m. tomorrow, Wednesday, Oct. 17 for a photo of students.  The session will take about 30 minutes.  This photo will be used later to project behind the Cockrell family for the magazine cover photo. 

 

If you can help get students to participate, that will be great!!  I have 15 students from my FIG, but we need 40-60.  I'm going to invite two other FIGs who meet at the same time, but I haven't talked to them yet.

 

Students who are in the photo will receive a free SEC TEXAS Engineer tee shirt to wear in the photo and keep afterward.  We will have the tee shirts for students to use in front of ECJ right before the photo session.

Lizzie told me that you need some more students to be in the picture with the Cockrell family.  I can help get a few people together for the picture. Just let me know how many people you need, and when and where the picture & practice picture will be taken.
