I did post on the CORVA FB page. It was that I emailed Ruth Coleman about the OHV fund being raided.

Is there a reason that I may not post on the Cal4 FB Page? I am still a member of the Association till the end of next month. And yes my post are sad because it is a sad situation. I can only hope that Cal4 does the right thing and does not kick H& H out. If that happens I may even consider staying a member.

This is the second time that someone has criticized something I have written, why? Are we still not against H & H being kicked out? I am just trying to keep the pressure on. Sorry if you feel that is wrong.

Also why did you post this on the Dawgs and friends email list? That list is ONLY FOR RUN AND EVENT ANNOUNCEMENTS please!!! I am feeling like that list needs to be taken down since we can not control what is being posted.

The time to help Helen & Harry was on May 17th.

It really sucks when people just throw stuff out there without waiting to even know the facts. Had you been at the election and voted that would have helped Harry and Helen. This is not helping anyone what's done is done and nothing can change it now.

 

    I have no problem if you post on CA4WDC's facebook page, but please have some respect for me and Jesse we were the one's who stepped up and for you to condemn us with zero facts just is not right. Please show Helen and Harry some respect also, do you really think your posts are helping them.

 

    For anyone who bothered to go through the right procedure this is the letter I sent them:

 

    We are bond by California State law and executive session rules to not disclose any information on the Proceedings. As for my promise to the district for full disclosure, the only thing I could do was insure that a formal letter be sent out as to what we were legally bond by and that full disclosure of the result's would come out when the law allowed us to do so. The BOD posted the letter on the Cal 4 south District facebook page, not happy about that (because I knew this would happen) but it will also be given to anyone who asks.

 

    Before anyone asks or presumes anything, Joe Smith new VP of the South district requested that his signature be the one on the letter and not Mark Cave's. The BOD all agreed this would be best.

 

 

    Please do not forward this email to anyone. If anyone is requesting the results please give them my email and I will send it to them directly. I am trying to honor my promise to the district while upholding any legal obligations I have to these proceedings.

And as for the email to YOU I wanted to know why exactly you were running because I was not sure of the motive. Your answer was "to find the truth". Will you find the truth Kerrie? I doubt it because the BOD will not let it out! And at this point does it matter?? NO!
