Fixed Planetary Defenses.

I fixed the planetary defenses, and now they work in the turn, and actually do what they're supposed to do, as far as I know.

Also, apologies for this morning, the database had a hiccup and I had to restore from a backup.

And lastly, I created a Facebook thing for the game, if you feel like you like the game, and you haven't liked it on facebook

yet, you can like it here, like right now. like.

I'll probably post stuff here, and there, and on a blog if I ever get one back up.
