Subject: Divided Dash - the teams & instructions

Dear Dashers,

The moment you've all been waiting for.... the teams and instructions for
the Divided Dash. I will put this information on the website and in the
clubhouse tonight.

1. The race starts at 7:30 sharp from outside the clubhouse, so *please be
at the club no later than 7:15.*

2. The first person from each team to arrive should collect numbers, batons
and pins from me.

3. If you can't make it, please let me know by Monday on 07884 316017 so
that I can try to find a stand-in. If you get held up on the evening, please
let one of your team mates know so that they can arrange a stand-in.

   - runners may run in any order
   - if a team is one or more members short, a runner may run twice. The
   handicap remains the same for that runner on each leg.
   - if you do swap a runner or if someone runs twice, please let me or
   one of the timers know.

Oh, and a final tip: 1st runners, be ready to run at 7:30; please do your
warmup like you would at a normal race - don't just stand around outside the
clubhouse and look surprised when 7.30 arrives!!

So on to the teams... drawn up at random, with a tiny bit of fiddling to
make sure that the final runners finish as close together as possible! :)

If you don't know your team mates, tonight is the ideal night to get to know
them!
