your veteran status is *fixed *from November 1st i.e. if you are a woman and

Thank you to everybody who responded to my last e-mail - we now have
sufficient volunteers to cover the minimum requirements. Attached below
is a list of the various roles and jobs, along with timings and brief

When people get the Choice of what file to open it with… choose MS Word… It then opens fine

Core strength class on a Monday night

Barbara Mason holds a core strength class on a Monday night that's put on
for the Dashers and members of the Berkshire Tri Squad.
For the uninitiated, the class is a functional core strength class, based
heavily on Pilates. What this means is that the exercises in the lesson help
the areas that runners and triathletes need to be strong and

Our Cross country race is the first in the series and is being held at 11.02 on Sunday 8th November from the Brocas at Eton.

As ours is the first it us up to us to set the standard for organisation and food for the rest to try and match.

There is likely to be close to 300 runners who will want to get round the course without getting lost and getting back for the lovely food we are all going to supply.
