  Dear Dashers, &lt;br&gt; Tonight we&#39;re going to have a small change of scenery and run the 8x400m (3 &lt;br&gt; min recovery) as a fartlek session along the Long Walk. &lt;br&gt; The 400m efforts should be run HARD - somewhere between 1500m and 3k pace; &lt;br&gt; you&#39;ve got a good 3 minutes recovery, so can afford to really push hard (but &lt;br&gt; remember you have 8 to do!)

  We do have a bit of a problem disposing off rubbish &lt;br&gt; after our 5k event,the bins are paid for by the Rugby &lt;br&gt; Club who got a bit upset when we filled them up last &lt;br&gt; year. &lt;br&gt; A bit of a cheek really but can I ask that everybody &lt;br&gt; takes one bag of rubbish home to dispose off (if they &lt;br&gt; have room in their Wheely bins),it will save the club

  Dear Dashers &lt;br&gt; For those of you who are wishing to join us for a gentle timetrial in the glorious surroundings of Bushy Park, adjacent Hampton Court a couple of points.   Dear Dashers &lt;br&gt; Tomorrow night session, subject to cricket matches, will be at Home Park in the usual place and under the supervision of Chris Hunt. The session (for those in the 22 min 5k range) will be 3x1600 + 600mts with 3 minutes and 2 min rest. The idea is to do three long reps at as near to 5k pace as possible an then to do a faster 600mtrs.

  Sunday run &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;Long run this Sunday - Starting from Stag Meadow at 0830 (Note earlier &lt;br&gt; time) &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;There will be a mixture of abilities running from 9-14 miles, so feel &lt;br&gt; free to turn up and join in. All are welcome. &lt;br&gt; We usually get between 8 and 20 people depending on how close we are to &lt;br&gt; a half marathon and it&#39;s not a race, we run much slower than usual
