Remembrance Sunday

Sunday 8th November is Remembrance Sunday. The club will mark this by
postponing club racing until after 11 am. A horn will be sounded from
the committee boat at 11 am to mark the start of two minutes silence.
The first warning signal for the lasers will not be before 11:05 am.

Thanks for being Race Officer today. It is never easy being Race
officer and the conditions did not necessarily lend them selves to
quick turn arounds of starts.
You managed the fleets well ensuring that we spent our time racing
rather than waiting to start.

results, can someone put them online?
Also it would be helpful for the timed results for the cats to be
published as we'd like to extract a F16 results and not all the F16
have the same SCHRS handicap (There where mostly single handed... more »

Can anyone tell me whether this Sunday is one of the afternoon races
the Cats are promoting ? If so, is anyone planning to do it them in a
monohull ?

Wednesday Evenings

The 2009 Wednesday evening series are drawing to a close - the last
one of the series is on 26th August. There will be a prize-giving as
soon as possible after the race that evening with food available from
the galley as usual.
