Let's say somebody's signing up to a new social site. We've gone through
the authentication and discovery stage and we're now trying to get
Profile Data and Contact Lists across to the new site.

So.
- What data interchange formats should we be using?
- What libraries are available for those formats to interpret the data?
- What should we be recommending to match up incoming entries in the
contact list with existing members?

wouldn't users' openID identifier URI be used to identify them and
thus to match them in any contact lists?

Any attribute that RDF-OWL would call "inverse functional" could be
used. eg
- OpenID
- mbox
- mbox_sha1sum
- Instant Message IDs

Perhaps DP doesn't have to specify one but should recommend one or more
and require that at least one from the list is included.
