Steve et al,

I just read over the entire thing and I think this is a great piece of work.
One question: your plan forward assumes that site owners will use this new
tool you are creating to answer questions and then it will produce legal
language.

Have you thought about the interim step of just using your question list as

Elias and I presented this work at the most recent Internet Identity
Workshop. As I mentioned in the last steering meeting, the response was
quite positive and we got a lot of interest. The general sense of the
feedback we got was that we're on the right track.

I'm sorry for the timing but I'll be deep in 1st day of a 3d project
meeting; it's quite unlikely i'll be able to step out to take the

I too noticed that the DP calendar is screwed up. I'm using Google Calendar
now and I subscribe to the DP Calendar, so whatever it says is what I'm
going by.

Is someone going to fix this? And is our final DP Steering Group meeting
still next Tuesday 8AM Pacific Time?

My bad - meeting is next week. Calendar is wrong which is what I based
it off.

But that doesn't mean we pause - please respond to the actions asap
and suggest any final agenda items.

Data portability economic theory

I've written a position paper detailing one of the many economic models
supporting data portability (attached).

I would like to get Steering's support in the form of a motion and ratify
this as a recognised theory of the DataPortability Project.

A reminder to everyone that we have the FINAL Steering meeting this week.
Our Secretary Repetti will send a reminder as he usually does 24 hours
