Also for those who did not attend, make sure you attend the next one
or give a request for leave so we can formally note it (like Brett and
Drummond did) other wise you may lose your membership.

Of note, the following motions were passed:

2008-07-28-1 : To ratify formation of the "Service Provider Grid
Tool Task Force" to be chaired by Daniela. Deliver output by September
1st.

2008-07-28-2 : Make official the statement: "It is the intent of
the Steering Group to operate the DataPortability Project as a non-
profit entity."

2008-07-28-3 : To ratify formation of the "Logo and Branding Task
Force" to be chaired by Brady. Delivery of output by October 20th.

The next teleconference is scheduled for August 4, 2008 at 13:00 GMT.
