The next meeting of the TOS/EULA task force will be on Thursday, June 11, 2009 at 20:00 UTC.

Thanks Steve.

I'll be attending. Hopefully I can post before the meeting my results to the scenario testing I did against the current draft. I've identified 15 scenarios and seen how they fit.

Preliminary thoughts
- I think identity and media should be primary data types. Meta data still included, but a secondary class - it doesn't make sense to treat it separately given it is a derivative of media or identity.
- the technical definitions don't all fit. So using broad-brushed metaphors is making more sense.
