New community manager

Hi everyone,

I'm please to announced that we have a new community manager. Rai has been the community manager of Tangler, and is now going to donate her expertise to growing the DataPortability community.

To start with, Rai will be engaging with the broader social media world, linking people to work being done in our space. If you have questions about your own involvement, feel free to contact her and she can guide you.

I hope everyone that's involved can take some time to get to know her and help her out in this very important role.
