Declaration of Health Data Rights...

Has the Data Portability healthcare team reviewed the proposed
Declaration of Health Data Rights that has been published at
http://www.healthdatarights.org/ ? I believe the DP team is doing some
related work in this area and I was wondering if any of the you have
some initial thoughts that they would be able to share.

Mark, this is great, thanks for bringing this to our collective
attention. We do have a team working on data portability in the health
industry. One of them should chime in shortly.

Outside of that, I can say that DataPortability (pending a decision by
Steering Group) would be very interested in officially endorsing the
Declaration of Health Data Rights.

As a follow up, the Steering Group official endorsed the health data
rights as they stand by motion.

They will be incorporated into our future policy work.
