And why is there no "Preview" function? The kidz at google are so so
busy that they never get a chance to use a Wiki?

Had to manually add anchors and links to create the Table of Contents
(TOC) but looks much better. To make changes or additions you can
Click Edit in HTML (bottom right in edit mode) and follow TOC
structure or just add FAQs and i will come back and link. Booooo on
Google page editor.
