[DataMapper] Merb/DM Tutorial

Hi guys, a long time ago i began a project an step by step guy
tutorial to teach how to build an application with Merb/DM/jQuery, now
i'm planning to finish it.

I need some of your feedbacks with the documentation that will be
publish, i'm planning to do this each week till the end of the
tutorial, right now i have more code than docs so if anyone want to
help i will appreciate it, without further a do the links for the
tutorial and the code.

I appreciate your effort here to produce a tutorial project. Sadly I
haven't had the time to look into the code. However, I have been
meaning to reply for a while. Please post again if you update this -
the tutorial docs appear to only go up to day 3?

Yes, the tutorial it's very out of dated, i hadn't take time to work
on it, but the code it's up to day 12 if i remember correctly.

I'll try to get this going as soon as i can, thanks for your feedback.
