PG::Error: ERROR: permission denied: "RI_ConstraintTrigger_26748" is a system trigger

I have foreign key constraints in my Postgres 8.4 database. Somehow this causes database_cleaner to try to do something that it is not allowed to do as a standard database user. Is that a bug?

Anyway after googling around, I found that I could either monkey-patch ActiveRecord or give the test user superuser privileges in Postgres. I opted for the latter.
