Respected Neeraj Sir and Group members,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am a Ph.D. scholar and have been actively submitting my research papers to various journals. However, I am facing repeated rejections, many of which are desk rejections, despite ensuring that the quality of my research is not substandard. I am finding it challenging to understand where I might be going wrong, especially in terms of journal selection and adapting to different formatting or submission requirements.

As per Ph.D. requirements, I need to publish at least two papers in SSCI or SCI-indexed journals. I am committed to meeting this criterion, but the ongoing rejections are disheartening and making it difficult to progress.

I would be truly grateful if you could kindly guide me on how to select appropriate journals, common pitfalls to avoid during submission, and how to align my work better with the expectations of high-impact journals. Is there any software which helps to change formatting without saving my research work.

Your valuable suggestions or any resources you recommend would mean a lot to me at this stage.

Thank you very much for your time and support.

Best Regards
Manisha Verma
