     A professor Raymond H. Wheeler, while at the U. of Kansas, decided to summarize all of recorded history. In doing this 20 year project, Wheeler discovered many cycles, the most important he felt was a climate cycle of about 100 year duration that occurred in, basically, four periods - Cold Dry, Warm wet, Warm dry, Cold wet, then back to the Cold Dry again. I once tried to determine some exact dates from his work but found it difficult to be exact, and the fact that this cycle did vary from as short as 70 years and as long as 120 years.
     The attached photo I captured last summer during one of those weird (to me) weather fronts that occurred. There are three distinct waves moving through the cloud cover and converging across one another. I've watched a lot of clouds and storm fronts in my lifetime and had never seen anything like this, although this condition could have been present during one of the Wheeler's periods. I find that hard to believe. Lots going on these days with the HAARP thing and as it's old technology, many new innovations have evolved out of it. At this point, I'm neither ignoring natural cycles nor completely accepting the clandestine (I believe) activities of those Russian/Europe/USA entities that may be setting in place those conditions that will allow more control over our lives and the freedoms we see disappearing more every day.

If anything, I think HAARP would be interested in steering weather like this away from cities and towns.  I know the Chicoms have also tried to do this, with minimal success.   The Ruskies also have a HAARP-like system.  The jury is still out for me whether our government is using it aginst the populace, though.  I need to see more concrete evidence rather than just conspiracy-theory speculation...
