A little about the Instructor Training Course:
Jay Byam is a professionally-trained & certified dance instructor . He is also the director & creator
of “Salsa Extravaganza - Palm Springs Salsa & Casino Rueda Confrence” & “Palm Springs Swing
Dance Classic” since 1992. He will be sharing his 18 years of teaching experience this weekend.
For years he has been developing skills on how to be a better instructor.
For teaching professionals and those interested in becoming instructors the course will teach
you some of the BEST professional skills to organize your class & to help your students
improve as fast as they can. Your student will enjoy a better learning experience &
they will want to come back again and again. Also, learn some of the cardinal
mistakes of instructors & learn what NOT to do to your students.
