This Styling & Shine Boot Camp is designed for both ladies and gentlemen – or, leaders and followers. Couldn't you use shine/footwork and styling in your dancing?
This is a 6-week, 12-hour styling & shine series jam-packed into 4 hours. We will move fast and cover as much materials as we can. So please plan on being on time and attend entire hours!
We will start with the basic body movements and foundational school figures on which complex yet saucy shines and styling are built. We will go over techniques and shines step by step. At the end of the day, we will have a mini routine that you can take home to practice.
Please wear workout clothes and dance shoes. Bring your water and towel.
Space is limited. Please sign up early to secure your place.

1:30 pm Turns & Spins
2:20 pm Body Movements, Shine & Styling
3:10 pm Styling you can use on the social dance floor
4:00 pm "Sexy and Sabor" - Ladies Only (But men can use this class too!)
